The Parade

SPG, working with UK Commercial Property Trust and Ignis Real Estate completed the redevelopment of the former Bhs on the corner of Regent Street and The Parade in February 2011.

The 80,000 sq ft development, which comprises a variety store and 7 shop units, was 80% pre-let prior to the start of construction. Arcadia Group took a new 45,000 sq ft store for Bhs and 10,000 sq ft for a new Topshop flagship store. River Island relocated to a new larger store of 9,500 sq ft.
