SPG and partners Delancey purchased House of Fraser’s interest when the Dickins & Jones department store closed in January 2006.

Retail tenants include H&M, Banana Republic and Armani Exchange. The restaurant was let to Aqua Group of Hong Kong. Each office floor is 27,000 sq ft net and all three floors are now let.

Construction commenced in late 2006, with a trading date of Autumn 2007 for the retail units and an occupational date of March 2008 for the offices. The rooftop restaurant opened in September 2009.

The building was sold in 2010 for in excess of £220M.
