SPG and their partners, Universities Superannuation Scheme, worked closely with Cambridge City Council and John Lewis Partnership to deliver Grand Arcade.

The scheme, which opened in 2008, provides a total of 475,000 sq ft of retail space comprising 50 shops, a new John Lewis Partnership department store of 275,000 sq ft, a replacement 900 space car park and a new park and ride facility for 1500 cars at Trumpington.
