Paul Newell

Paul Newell MSc MRICS

Paul is Projects Director at Shearer Property Group. He deals with all aspects of the development process from site identification and acquisition, development agreements, CPO and delivery. Principle responsibilities are assembling, structuring and driving project teams from inception through the planning process to scheme delivery. He trained as a quantity surveyor quickly moving into project management and has been involved in major developments for over 25 years.

Paul lives in Buckinghamshire with his wife and two university-aged children. He enjoys sailing, triathlon, rugby and travel.
